John Dinsmore letter and sketches of surveys, 1819.

A letter by Dinsmore to Wailes refers to conflicting land claims of Patrick Uriel and Pedro Lamaro on Bayou Boeuf and Bayou Tortue, Saint Martin Parish, Louisiana. With the letter, Dinsmore submitted two sketches of surveys of the land claims, noting that the originals were made by the deputy surveyor under the Spanish government in 1795.
